Meredith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree at the University of South Florida. Meredith can be described as energetic, encouraging and non-judgmental. She has experience counseling individuals and families dealing with medical and mental health crises. Her guiding principles as a therapist revolve around creating safe spaces for her clients through acceptance, respect, validation of their experiences and kindness for all.

In her free time, Meredith enjoys reading fantasy fiction, working out and going to USF football games. She can also be found relaxing at home with her two cats and her African Grey Parrot named Archie.
