Rachel Elzey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University in New York City. Rachel is a recent transplant to Tampa Bay. Those close to Rachel describe her as thoughtful, observant and playful yet firm. She has over 10 years of experience in case management and therapy and has worked with clients struggling with mood disorders, depression, anxiety and trauma-related disorders. Rachel also specializes in providing care for members of the LGBTQ+ community and works from a social justice-oriented framework with all of her clients. Rachel uses many types of therapeutic interventions in her work with clients, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys paddleboarding, playing with her two dogs and two cats, and trying out new foods and restaurants.
