Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Engaging, play- and art-informed support for children, teens, and young adults.

Meet Hailey

Hi, I’m Hailey! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), born and raised in Florida, with a passion for helping children, teens, and young adults feel understood, supported, and confident in who they are.

I know that starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, especially for kids and teens who might not know what to expect. My goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming space where you can show up as yourself, ask questions, and feel comfortable sharing what’s on your mind.

I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients working through school-related stress, peer relationships, self-esteem concerns, and the everyday challenges that come with growing up and figuring things out.

What to Expect in Our First Session

Our first session is really about getting to know each other.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like support with, and what you hope to get out of our time together. We’ll also discuss goals and what the therapy process might look like moving forward.

There’s no expectation to have everything figured out before we meet. I’m happy to answer questions, address concerns, and help you feel more comfortable with the process.

A Little More About Me

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida and have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families.

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is watching clients discover their strengths, develop new skills, and recognize the progress they’re making, even when those changes start small.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy reading, soaking up the Florida sunshine, traveling, and finding new creative projects and hobbies to dive into.

My approach to therapy

Hailey takes a warm, collaborative, and creative approach to therapy, helping children, teens, and young adults feel comfortable expressing themselves and working through life's challenges. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based strategies, play therapy techniques, and interactive activities to make sessions engaging and meaningful. With a relaxed, flexible style, Hailey adapts her approach to each client's individual needs, focusing on building trust, strengthening coping skills, and supporting emotional growth at a comfortable pace.
