Collaborative and practical therapy for relationship concerns and life transitions.

Meet India

India Esguerra-Rahme, MSW, is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern who believes meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and supported.

With experience working with diverse populations, India supports children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She particularly enjoys helping adults manage stress that affects their relationships, careers, and everyday lives.

India brings a warm, genuine, and collaborative approach to therapy. She understands that everyone’s experiences and goals are different, which is why she takes the time to get to know each client and what matters most to them. Her sessions offer space to explore difficult feelings, better understand patterns, and develop practical tools for handling life’s challenges.

Her approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques. She focuses on helping clients strengthen self-awareness, improve emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, and take manageable steps toward their personal goals.

India is also passionate about creating an affirming space for people from marginalized communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals. She values advocacy, cultural understanding, and the importance of honoring each person’s individual experiences.

At the heart of her work is a belief that people already possess strengths they can build upon. She views therapy as a partnership, helping clients recognize those strengths, develop confidence, and create meaningful changes that feel sustainable.

Outside the Therapy Room

When she’s not working with clients, India enjoys reading, knitting, baking sourdough, spending time with her cats, relaxing at the beach, and tinkering with computers.
